May 27th, 2005You might be sitting there thinking, “Dude, does this girl ever spend a weekend at home? Christ, she is a travelin’ fool!” And you would be right. I am a traveling fool and it does appear that I don’t sit stagnant on weekends. But let me tell you, I certainly wouldn’t sulk over a weekend in my allergy hell, gardening and watching my Netflix movies that I have had for two weeks now!
But alas, my friends have rallied me to camp. They have rallied me to camp with 19 other people! Including CHILDREN! And boats. And a lake. And large quantities and varieties of alcohol. And sunscreen. And bug spray. And god knows what else.
Let’s just hope that everything goes smoothly. I plan on taking my knitting and two books. Along with a blow-up boat, I think I will float away the days. As long as I can take a cooler with me. =)
