I am happy to report that camping with 20+ people turned out just fine. Our campground was the major hang out spot. Particularly after the kids went to bed. Ironically, we also had the smallest children at our site. I don’t know how they managed to sleep through it all.
We spent our days cooking, eating, drinking, canoe-ing, eating, and drinking. The little lady K ate smores with breakfast, lunch, and dinner one day. We also started making them with peanut butter… then I just cut out the marshmallow. Because, ironically, I am not fond of marshmallows.
All in all, it was a great trip. I got to hang with the most beautiful baby in the world. Winemonkey got to hang with his boys. I got a little knitting done and I am happy to report that the little green purse is almost finished. I just have to do some final sewing stitches to attach the strap and the loop for the button.
Good times. Fun times.
