Happy Holidays!
December 25th, 2005Well the family is on the shower circuit getting ready for the big family gathering at my grandmother’s house. We are expecting to see abou 30 of our 50+ cousins. This is the somewhat trashy side of the family. The side that provides me with the trump card in ANY trailer trash story competition. It is one cousin in particular that always takes the cake. I can only stomach seeing her once a year, and I can only do that because the material is just too good to not listen to. Although I have an aunt who is now coming in close to gaining the lead on trash. She married a man that I apparently went to high school with. I believe that she is seriously 15-20 years older than me. And the guy she is married to? He used to date the aforementioned cousin.
So my aunt is now telling me about all of my friends that she knows. And he is related to one of my ex-boyfriends and friends with another one of my ex-boyfriends. It is all too creepy.
So here is to a creepy and joyous holiday season! I hope that everyone is doing well and that everyone had a little bit of glitter under the tree.
