I saw some plants at my local garden center that claim they keep cats out of the garden. I bought one that rabbits don't like and so far, so good.

You can also spray your garden area with a mix of cayenne pepper powder and water, which cats generally hate the smell of. I've heard moth balls work, too.

You can totally take some of my cat poop. The stench alone will detract cats, small rodents - well actually everything.

Don't you miss living with Juliet?
