March 4th, 2008Well we are less than a week away from the arrival of Pebbles. Today I met a woman in the park with a pug. She gave me her number so that we can go on walks together.
Pebbles’ grandma (my mom) has already sent Pebbles her first present. I might wrap it up in tissue paper for Pebbles to open when she gets here. (As a side note, my parents’ pug, Dori, knows that presents in regular wrapping paper aren’t for her, but the ones in tissue paper are. So you can see her nosing around under the Christmas tree looking for the tissue paper wrapped presents! She doesn’t open them unless she is told she can though… she is the perfect little kid at Christmas time! Except with all of the begging for ham. That should probably stop.)
Everyone here is really excited to meet her. But no one is more excited than I am.
