running on an empty tank
April 15th, 2008I spent this last weekend in Pittsburgh. It was a great trip, even though my grandma was in the hospital. By the end of the trip, she was doing much better and she was discharged today. The only way it could have been better was if she had never needed to go to the hospital in the first place.
We also celebrated Lam and Lisa’s engagement. My trip in was supposed to be a surprise, but Lisa had it figured out well in advance. My mom (and me for that matter) isn’t very good at keeping secrets for her. The brunch my parents threw for the two of them was really nice. Very fancy. Unfortunately, I only took pictures at the beginning. I will have to do better in the future as her maid of honor!
I am moving this week and I can’t guarantee how many times I will be on to post and read. To be honest, it is 7:20 and I am exhausted. I could curl up and sleep right now…
