Not a pound.
May 5th, 2008I walk 3 - 5 miles every day. EVERY SINGLE DAY. And I try and eat healthy. And I have been doing this for about 6 months now… In fact, as of today I have been doing it for 6 months. And how does my body thank me?
By hanging on to every pound of fat, flesh, muscle and water I brought here with me.
Seriously. It kind of sucks.
