Do any of you know how serious this is?!?
This syndrome takes over when you drink enough to say things you normally wouldn’t say out loud. For example: Let’s say you are at a friend’s birthday and your friend’s brother is there. Imagine that this brother is a rather nice guy with only one little problem. He has a girlfriend that you can’t stand. If you suffer from Foot in Mouth syndrome, you might be inclined to tell him that you don’t like his girlfriend, but he must see something her that no one else does.
This wouldn’t be soooo bad of an admission, if you weren’t also inflicted with the Inability to Remember Disorder. Because at this point you have forgotten that the brother can be mean to his girlfriend sometimes and might decide to tell her what you said.
This syndrome, paired with this disorder make it uncomfortable to be at the same function as the brother and his girlfriend.
But I refuse to apologize.
