I am wondering if there are people out there who will create the optimum eating plan for you to lose weight. Then buy the groceries and cook your meals for the week so that you didn’t have to worry about it.
Because I am having a hard time figuring out a good plan. I have not found a good breakfast. And although I am trying to be better about lunch and dinner, sometimes the cravings and the hunger are too much to ignore.

short of paying a nutritionist or some sort of trainer to devise your meals, the best thing to do is be very conscious of what you are consuming. that means counting calories and whatnot. it also means sacrificing foods you don’t necessarily have to eat (man, i haven’t had a twinkie in eons). it’s like you said, cravings are hard to ignore. some say you don’t have to sacrifice quality (of taste) for quantity (calories/carbs/fat/protein/etc.). but my philosophy is if you want to make it easier to control what you eat, never mind the quality. the stuff i eat may not be gourmet, but it’s easy to track and affordable. and most likely, i can eat more of it thereby satisfying my hunger while keeping within my caloric limits. anyway, that’s my plan. i suppose you’ll have to come up with your own.
