I just want to point out that it is only 9 in the morning and I have already had two distinctive conversations with people who were telling me about their poop.
Makes for an interesting Wednesday morning… that’s for sure.

Share on FacebookI haven’t been to a baseball game in years… and never to a Rivercats game.
I am looking forward to the game and spending time with Lisa!
Share on FacebookI spent this last weekend in Pittsburgh. It was a great trip, even though my grandma was in the hospital. By the end of the trip, she was doing much better and she was discharged today. The only way it could have been better was if she had never needed to go to the hospital in the first place.
We also celebrated Lam and Lisa’s engagement. My trip in was supposed to be a surprise, but Lisa had it figured out well in advance. My mom (and me for that matter) isn’t very good at keeping secrets for her. The brunch my parents threw for the two of them was really nice. Very fancy. Unfortunately, I only took pictures at the beginning. I will have to do better in the future as her maid of honor!
I am moving this week and I can’t guarantee how many times I will be on to post and read. To be honest, it is 7:20 and I am exhausted. I could curl up and sleep right now…
Share on FacebookUp and down. These past two weeks have just been crazy. My Uncle went into the hospital last week with a heart attack. Fortunately they were able to fix his ticker and he is home now. He is one of my favorites back east.
But now, now my grandma is in the emergency room because of the flu! My sister and I both were hoping that she would make it through the winter without getting sick.
IT’S APRIL!
Not winter? So why is she sick now??! I am patiently waiting for some updates so that I know how she is doing. I hope the hospital doesn’t make her sicker. =(

But you can click here and it will take you to my Kodakgallery photos.
We had a great time at L-squared’s house. We watched a movie and ate good food. We laid out in the sun and played games with Pebbles. All in all I wish every Sunday could be some variation of that day. Mmmm…. Life is good, isn’t it?
Share on FacebookToday was a beautiful day. I mean, you can’t ask for more than a sunny 65 degree day in my book. I was also asked for money about 60 times more today than any other day I’ve lived in the city. Not only was I asked for money, but at least one person stopped me to tell me why they were on the street. His story went like this:
Him: I used to work in that building.
Me: *Looking straight ahead thinking “Shit, he knows what building I work in…”
Him: That was until I was attacked by a gang.
Me: *slowing down because how cold is my heart? How can I completely ignore someone who is talking to me? Honestly!*
Him: Boy I sure am hungry.
Me: Sorry I don’t have anything. (Which is true, mostly)
I know that this is going to sound weird, but I don’t like helping the homeless when I am walking to or from work. When I drive somewhere, I am getting into a car and theoretically driving somewhere where they will not be able to follow me. When I am walking, they could easily follow me to work or home and know where I go every single day.
I think this paranoia is something I have to thank my mother for.
