Well… here is the beginning of the new site. I am working on getting a navigation bar set up, which will hopefully bring about the return of the archives, links and photos.

No seriously. Today my techy mojo must have been flowing like it was nobody’s business. I seriously just updated WP on this blog. Without losing a single thing. A SINGLE thing!
If you could see the bad-ass dance i am doing around my living room, you would feel the rush.
So with that, I am heading to bed early, because gosh darn it, I just earned it.
Share on FacebookIt is that time of year again. The time of year where I need everything to change. What did I pick as the pet project this year? The same thing I always pick! This blog! But something very exciting is going to be happening. I am starting my own little Internet empire.
Here is a sneak of what is to come:
Pebbles the pug will have her own blog.
My crafts will have their own blog.
Our winery will have its own website/blog.
This is of course once I get all of the domain names at the same registrar and then get WP installed on each little site.
After all of this, meeshmellow will still be the haven for daily life, photos, and other goodies.
Share on FacebookI just want to point out two new things here in the Meeshmellow World. First: As evidence by the post about carbon footprints, you can see there is a new category around here. Greenery will be used to pass earth-friendly info into your life. I hope that you find it interesting and hope you find time to comment on your tree hugging ways.
Secondly, Pebbles has her own blog over on the right now. It is called Pug’s Eye View. I will provide little snippets about her there as frequently as possible.

Share on FacebookSo as I just mentioned, my blog is just about done getting its make-over. I am, however, having trouble getting my WP-Amazon plug-in to work. I LOVED this plug-in because I like being able to give a link to the books I’m reading and music I’m listening to.
Can anyone give me some advice about getting this up and running?
